ABOUT

AeroFlush Philosophy

At AeroFlush, we understand the immense pressure event management is under to deliver high standards in all aspects of their event.

You can solve one of your major problems by providing vacuum flush toilets.  They are cleaner, more efficient, no chemicals, and have a better capacity to handle large crowds.

Not only does AeroFlush give a better sanitation experience, but it doesn't detract from the huge effort you put into the event experience.

AeroFlush is revolutionizing event sanitation...
Be on the flushing edge of event experience.

Many large outdoor event producers feel the pressure to cut costs and increase revenue, all while producing the ultimate experience.

Frustration and anxiety can arise when access to clean, efficient, and high-capacity restroom facilities undermines the overall experience you've worked so hard to create.

We believe every event should offer safe and clean exceptional restroom facilities to its attendees. It not only helps reputation and safety, it has the biggest potential to affect the bottom line.

Guests shouldn't be spending their time in long times to use dirty facilities, they should be enjoying their event.  The number one conversation at large events should not be about the restrooms.

Vacuum flush toilets are cleaner, more efficient, and are the only option to handle large crowds. Opting for a vacuum not only ensures an exceptional experience for attendees but also showcases your attention to detail, earning you praise and enhancing your professional reputation.

SERVICES

AEROFLUSH Toilet Modules

Toilet modules handle the bulk of the visits. Being able to be designated genders or open to anyone, they have LED lights for comfort and safety. Doors allow airflow for the sir to be refreshed when the toilet is flushed.

Each stall has a QR code to alert staff if there is an issue that should be seen by an attendant.  Flushing toilets can handle up to 2X the number of people compared to a plastic cabin.

Urinal modules take a massive amount of pressure off toilets, decreasing lines, and allowing people who need to sit to get through the lines quicker, while also keeping the toilet modules and the event site cleaner.

Flowing water sinks, mandated where there is food, and also more hygienic than sanitizer alone. These are plumbed into the system with pressurized water, allowing people to keep washing their hands until the end of the event. Easier, safer, and overall a better experience over foot pump portable sinks.

In line water heaters can be added.

FAQs

Curious about the system?  It's best to connect with us.

But if you need more info check out some of the basic questions we get.

  • Where does the flushed waste go?

When possible the waste will be directly piped into the municipalities sewage system, if that option is not viable it will be placed into a large holding tank for disposal by traditional pumper truck.

  • Does there need to be water and power provided?

    Yes.

Water: Water needs to be supplied by a 25mm (1 inch) hose with minumum 2Bar pressure.

Fresh water tanks can be provided if there is no infrastructure on site.

Power: Each pumping unit requires a 3-phase 480V 35amp connection.

More power may be needed for additional pumps.

  • How are the restrooms unloaded and setup?

An on-site forkilft or tele-handler will need to be made available for our crew.  Depending on the complexity of the setup we will need its use all day.

The equipment must be available to us as soon as the transport truck arrives.

  • What happens if there is an issue with the system?

Our on-site techs are trained to handle the system.  Our pumps run in a redundant formation, so the whole system will remain operational if there is a clog.

  • What happens if there is damage to the system?

Damage to the system or stalls through negligence of event staff or patrons will be charged back to the event organizer.

  • Do the units need downtime to service them?

No, our units keep running at full capacity throughout the entire event.

  • Who keeps the stalls clean and presentable for attendees?

You will supply a cleaning crew that maintains the stalls. They will be briefed on how to do so by our techs and the cleaning team is expected to maintain a minimum service level.

If required we can supply cleaning staff at a fee.

We contractually mandate cleaning staff at a 1 person to 30 stalls ratio, for the benefit of all of our reputations.

  • Can we rent units long term?

Yes, contact us to discuss long tern rentals and training for on site staff.

  • What areas will you bring systems to?

We service all of Western Canada, and parts of the PacNW USA.

Reach out if you want to get a vacuum system in at your event. Transportation costs can be very reasonable.

  • How far from the toilets can the vacuum system be?

The heart of the unit (get it its a pump!) needs to be within about 50 feet of the stalls.  The holding tanks can be positioned 100-200 ft away for better access for cleaning.

  • Where are the waste holding tanks placed?

If a waste tank is needed it will be placed in the Back Of House where a septic truck can access and clean out the tank either as needed or at the end of the event. Being placed away from the attendees means there is much less chance of odor reaching the event while being emptied.

Your plastic restroom operator should be contracted to clear our tanks.

We can find our own contractor and pass along transport and dumping fees if they are not willing or able to do so.

  • Are these toilets able to be used in General Admission?

YES, this system shines in GA. With a smaller footprint and larger capacity than plastic chemical toilets, these units can handle up to 150 people for each seat, and never fill up.

Charts for traditional units show units double as the time doubles from 4 to 8 hours, because units get full. With Aeroflush there is no need for additional units greater than the 4 or 5 hour chart.

  • Are these toilets able to be used in VIP?

Yes, depending on your site layout there can be banks put into VIP if requested. A single bank of toilets (3) seats will handle up to 600 people.

  • Do you supply toilet paper?

Yes we will supply the toilet paper for our units and instruct the cleaning staff to inspect and replace as nessecary.

  • Do you supply hand washing facilities?

Currently, we have a small number of hand wash units with running water.  Sanitizer stands are the best option for large venues with a number of them positioned at each bank of toilets.  The stand-alone foot pump sinks typically need too much servicing and run out of supplies early.

  • Are urinals a good idea at large events?

Urinals take pressure off the stalls reducing lines for all attendees.

Female urinals are another upgrade that takes additional pressure off the lines for stalls,  and leads to a cleaner facility and greater gender equality.

  • Will cleaning staff be supplied?

Cleaning staff are required to maintain the stalls in an acceptable condition for both of our reputations. They will be orientated and managed by one of our techs and held accountable to a cleanliness standard.

We can provide staffing for a fee.

  • What additional costs typically arise?

A sand dune in the desert with a blue sky in the background.

We try to keep quotes simple and honor our pricing. There are a number of things that will increase the final bill.  They include but are not limited to:

Delays in loading or unloading, we pay the transport trucks by the hour, if there are delays we pass along those costs.

Sewage removal, not all of our packages include removal and dump costs, if we are pumping into tanks a third party will have to haul the waste away. Usually your other toiler supplier has that capacity and is on retainer to do so.

Emptying other companies trailers, there is sometimes the option to empty VIP trailers into our system, but it takes more setup on our part.

On site water supply, if there is no municipal water supply we will use holding tanks and pumps as an upgrade to the system.

Damage / Vandalism, all damage cause by use or guests is the responsibility of the event management.

Garbage collection and removal, we mandate a large number of receptacles near the units to encourage people from flushing items, these are to be supplied and maintained at the events cost.

    Button
  • How many toilets should we order?

Health authorities usually recommend 1 seat per 100 people for plastic cabins because they fill up.  With flushing units you may be able to go as high as 1:200.  Urinals also count as "seats."

To reduce lines, and increase satisfaction, we recommend an average of 1:150 across all seats.  Connect with us to discuss real numbers.

  • Do we still need plastic portable toilets?

Usually yes.  Our units stay close to the pump station, making a bank of toilets.

You will want plastic cabins outside the main gates, at the far reaches of the grounds, and ADA cabins to meet that requirement.
